Working from our Kickboxing program, eXtreme Conditioning is the next level in our Martial Arts conditioning. We increase and already eXtreme workout and add even more intense routines with strength, core, and plyometrics, and introduce muscle confusion into the program. This helps by preventing plateaus in your training efforts.
You could even take our eXtreme Conditioning and our Kickboxing class back to back. Between these two classes you could torch off over 1200 in calories!
