We also have our Kwik-boxing program. Its a shorter, express version of our full kickboxing class. While its shorter it doesn’t mean its any easier! So if you are in a rush you can take a non-stop class of Kwik-boxing, or even double-up with back-to-back Kwik-Boxing and Xtreme Conditioning!
